Orasimu SiteCare Plans

SiteCare covers WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, daily off-site backups kept for 30 days, uptime/SSL/security watch, and a post-update layout check.

Support depends on the plan: Essential is next working day, with site-down cover on working days; Business is same-day on working days with emergency cover 7 days a week; Commerce is priority support with emergency cover 7 days a week.

Edit time and extras depend on the plan: Essential includes 30 minutes of fair-use bugfix (no WooCommerce), Business adds 1 hour of edits plus a monthly health note, and Commerce adds 2 hours, a checkout smoke test, and malware cleanup.

We apply WordPress core, theme and plugin updates as they become available, then we check the layout.

This is ongoing care, not a once-a-month batch. Emergency cover is on 7 days a week for all our packages.

Yes. A quiet site still needs updates, backups and monitoring. Most breakage and malware we see starts on sites that looked fine until an unpatched plugin or missed backup made a small issue expensive.

Essential is for brochure or small WordPress sites. Business is for lead-gen sites that need regular edits and a monthly health note. Commerce is for WooCommerce and higher-stakes sites, with extra hours, a checkout smoke test, and malware cleanup. Support is next working day on Essential, same-day on Business, and priority on Commerce. Site-down cover is working days on Essential and 7 days a week on Business and Commerce. Hours do not roll over.

Yes. You can move to another public plan from the next billing period. If you need to switch mid-cycle, contact us and we will align the remaining time and the new package.

If an update we applied breaks the site, we restore it. All our packages include emergency support 7 days a week. 

When we perform updates on the website, it will be temporarily unavailable this cannot be avoided.  We always perform updates during off-business hours and do our best to minimise downtime.

Yes, within the plan allowance: 30 minutes fair-use bugfix on Essential, 1 hour of edits on Business, and 2 hours on Commerce. Unused hours do not roll over. Extra work is billed at €60 per hour.

We keep core, themes and plugins updated, watch SSL and uptime, and scan for trouble. Commerce includes malware cleanup. If your site is hosted with us it will also be covered by premium server-level security software.  Security plugins on the site stay yours to license; we operate and watch them as part of care.

Yes. We watch uptime and obvious performance or SSL failures, then act when something is off. Deep performance work beyond that uses your monthly hours or extra billed time.

SiteCare is for WordPress. Commerce is for WooCommerce. Custom or non-WordPress apps are outside these packages; we can quote that separately, including server management if you run your own VPS.

Extra work beyond the plan allowance is €60 per hour. We agree the scope before starting.

We apply updates and then check the layout. Staging is used when the stack allows it, so major core or plugin jumps can be tested before they hit live.

We watch SSL as part of SiteCare. Certificate issue and renewal are included when the site is on Orasimu hosting. If you host elsewhere, we monitor and tell you what needs renewing on that host.

The three public plans cover most WordPress sites. If you need something outside that (multisite, a custom stack, or bundled hosting), contact us and we will quote it. Sites we did not build also need the €150 onboarding fee, which is never waived.

You can cancel from the client portal. The current prepaid period stays active until it ends; we do not claw back unused days. We can hand over backups and access notes so someone else can take over.

Business and Commerce include a monthly health note covering updates and anything we spotted. Essential is quieter: we still do the work, without that written monthly summary.
