Your Orasimu client portal has moved

We’re writing to let you know that our client portal and billing have moved to our main website.

What’s changing

• The old portal at my.orasimu.com is being replaced.

• From now on, please use the new Client Portal at:

https://orasimu.com/my-account/

There you can:

• View and download your invoices

• Check orders and service history

• Update your account and billing details

• Manage your hosting, SiteCare, and related services

First login

Username: your email address (the one we use to contact you)

Password: please contact us personally and we will provide your password securely.

Invoices — important change

Important security note

We will never send you emails about email storage space, password resets, account warnings, or similar account-related alerts. Any communication about your account, hosting, email, or billing is always personal — from us directly. If you receive a message that looks automated or asks you to click a link about your account or mailbox, please ignore it and contact us.
